Our Company operates as a modern company active in the trade of leather goods in Greece and is supervised by the Personal Data Protection Authority. 1.2. In the context of which services we collect and process your personal data and what they are: We collect and process your personal data that you provide to us in the context of the following legal bases.

• Legitimate interest as required for the fulfillment of the services provided.

• Legal Obligation to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Your own consent, which you can withdraw within the framework of your rights. By way of explanation and in the context of the following services provided by us, your personal data is collected and processed as set out below.

Initially, through our Website, the Company may collect and process your personal data in the context of a transaction, i.e. the sales contract concluded each time or the provision of a service. So, when you place an order for our products through our Website, we use your information to process the transaction, complete your order and provide you with the products you have ordered.

To complete your order, you provide us with a series of personal data such as your name, email, postal address, payment or credit card details, contact details, etc. We will process your data for the time necessary to manage the purchase of the products you have acquired, including any returns, withdrawals, complaints or claims related to the purchase of that product.

Our company as Personal Data Controller does not transfer Personal Data to third countries or international organizations, for which there is no relevant decision of the European Commission, unless the conditions of the applicable legislation are met.
